How a festival trip comes together

Reserve with a deposit, split the rest into installments, and travel in a group of no more than 30 people. Every trip page lists the ticket, the coach and the campsite as separate lines before you commit a single hryvnia.

How it works

From deposit to the ride home, in six moves

Every trip runs in the same order, so you always know what happens next, who to call, and what you still owe.

  1. Choose a festival and a date

Open the trip list and read the receipt-style cost breakdown: ticket, camping or hostel bed, transport from Kyiv, taxes and fees. No line hides in the fine print.

  2. Reserve your spot with a deposit

A small deposit locks your place in a group of no more than 30 travelers. Groups fill from the front, so weekend departures close first.

  3. Pay the rest in installments

Split the balance into two or three payments before departure. Your confirmation email lists each date and amount, and we remind you a week before every one.

  4. Meet your group leader

Two weeks out, you get a group chat, the meeting point, a packing list and the name of the experienced leader traveling with you. Optional travel insurance can be added up to this point.

  5. Travel, camp, and dance

The leader handles transport, wristbands, camping pitches and the daily plan. You keep the 24/7 emergency number for the whole trip, plus a shared pin for the camp.

  6. Ride home and settle up

We bring everyone back to the same pickup point. Within a week you get a final receipt, your photos, and a refund of any unused shared fund.

Safety & Support

Nobody rides into a festival alone

Every trip runs with an experienced group leader, a live emergency line and optional travel insurance. Here is exactly what you get before, during and after the weekend.

  1. 01

    Your group leader

One leader per trip, capped at 30 travellers. They have worked that festival before, hold a first-aid certificate and run the daily meeting point so you always know where the group is.

  2. 02

    24/7 emergency contact

A staffed line answers at any hour of the trip, from the airport pickup to the last shuttle home. Save it in your phone before you leave: +380 682 040 9963.

  3. 03

    Insurance options

Add medical and trip-cancellation cover when you reserve, or bring your own policy. We check the certificate and tell you if the cover falls short of what the festival requires.

  4. 04

    Clear trip documents

Before departure you receive the full itinerary, transport details, accommodation address and the price breakdown the trip page shows. Rules and refund terms are on the FAQ section.
