1. General

This Policy governs refunds and cancellations for services purchased from gridswa.com. It is governed by Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 "On Consumer Protection" and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 "On Electronic Commerce".

2. Cancellation by You

You may cancel anytime before the service is fully performed by emailing contact@gridswa.com or calling +380 682 040 9963. Cancellation is effective upon our confirmation. If work has not begun, you get a full refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are due if: (a) you cancel before start; (b) service not as described; (c) required by law. Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase or delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Fees

We may deduct actual payment processor fees. If the service is partially performed, we may deduct a proportionate amount. No other fees apply.

5. Non-refundable

Custom digital content already delivered and services marked non-refundable are not refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court, as per Law No. 3153-IX.
