Groups capped at 30 travelers Experienced group leaders 24/7 emergency line
Booking process / Safety / Support
Reserve with a deposit, split the rest into installments, and travel in a group of no more than 30 people. Every trip page lists the ticket, the coach and the campsite as separate lines before you commit a single hryvnia.
How it works
Every trip runs in the same order, so you always know what happens next, who to call, and what you still owe.
Open the trip list and read the receipt-style cost breakdown: ticket, camping or hostel bed, transport from Kyiv, taxes and fees. No line hides in the fine print.
A small deposit locks your place in a group of no more than 30 travelers. Groups fill from the front, so weekend departures close first.
Split the balance into two or three payments before departure. Your confirmation email lists each date and amount, and we remind you a week before every one.
Two weeks out, you get a group chat, the meeting point, a packing list and the name of the experienced leader traveling with you. Optional travel insurance can be added up to this point.
The leader handles transport, wristbands, camping pitches and the daily plan. You keep the 24/7 emergency number for the whole trip, plus a shared pin for the camp.
We bring everyone back to the same pickup point. Within a week you get a final receipt, your photos, and a refund of any unused shared fund.

Safety & Support
Every trip runs with an experienced group leader, a live emergency line and optional travel insurance. Here is exactly what you get before, during and after the weekend.
One leader per trip, capped at 30 travellers. They have worked that festival before, hold a first-aid certificate and run the daily meeting point so you always know where the group is.
A staffed line answers at any hour of the trip, from the airport pickup to the last shuttle home. Save it in your phone before you leave: +380 682 040 9963.
Add medical and trip-cancellation cover when you reserve, or bring your own policy. We check the certificate and tell you if the cover falls short of what the festival requires.
Before departure you receive the full itinerary, transport details, accommodation address and the price breakdown the trip page shows. Rules and refund terms are on the FAQ section.
Punk Zine Q&A
A deposit holds your place. We split the balance into installments that land before departure, so nothing hits your wallet all at once. For details of the booking workflow, read how-it-works.php#steps.
Transfers between festival sites, shared accommodation, festival passes, and a group leader. Food, drinks and personal gear stay on you. The full cost breakdown, taxes and fees included, lives on trips.php#price-breakdown.
Thirty travelers, maximum. Small enough that the group leader learns your name and the crew actually stays together in a crowd.
Experienced group leaders travel with you the whole way, and a 24/7 emergency line stays open until the last traveler is home. Support details sit at how-it-works.php#safety-support.
Yes. Refund tiers and deadlines are listed in the refund-cancellation-policy.php. Tell us early and we can usually move you to another lineup instead.
Optional, but we recommend it. Coverage for medical care and lost gear costs little next to a cancelled trip, and we can point you to a provider before you pay.
