1. General
These Terms govern gridswa.com (the "Site") and trips organized by gridswa.com, a PE in Ukraine (EDRPOU 58953914). By using the Site or booking, you accept these Terms. Consumer information is in English; a Ukrainian version is available under Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019 "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language".
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed after full payment unless agreed otherwise. Prices are in UAH or USD as shown. Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII of 3 September 2015 "On Electronic Commerce", we provide our full name, location, registration number and contacts before order confirmation.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancel in writing. Refunds depend on the date and third-party costs. If we cancel, you get a full refund. Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 "On Consumer Rights Protection" applies.
4. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault, not for indirect losses or force majeure. We provide information under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR of 15 September 1995 "On Tourism". Advertising is not misleading under Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR of 3 July 1996 "On Advertising".
5. Personal Data
We process personal data for bookings and site use with consent, per Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 "On Personal Data Protection". See our Privacy Policy.
6. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court. Out-of-court resolution is available under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023 "On Consumer Rights Protection".
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
